1. Who is responsible for your data
Ui.e is the data controller for personal data processed through SavePace.

2. What we collect

We do not use advertising networks, we do not sell personal data, and we do not build advertising profiles. We do not ask for your real name, address, phone number, date of birth, or payment details.
3. Why we process it, and our legal basis

6. International transfers
Our production database is hosted in Alibaba Cloud. If a provider processes data outside the EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision where one applies, and otherwise on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses together with a transfer risk assessment and additional safeguards where needed.
7. How long we keep it

8. Your rights
You have the following rights. They are not absolute — some are subject to exceptions, for example where we must keep data for a legal obligation. We answer every request within one month, and within 72 hours for deletion requests where that is feasible.

We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Two of them — the data download and account deletion — are self-service, so you do not need to wait for us.
9. Notice for California residents
If you live in California, this section applies in addition to the rest of this policy. In the last 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information described in section 2. We have collected it for the purposes listed in section 3, and we have disclosed it to the service providers listed in section 5.
We have not sold or shared personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we have no plans to. We do not knowingly collect personal information from consumers under 16. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by the CCPA.
You have the right to know, to access, to correct, to delete, and to opt out of sale or sharing. To exercise any of these, use the tools in Privacy and data or email uie_com@foxmail.com with “California request” in the subject. An authorised agent may make a request with proof of authorisation. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
10. Notice for UK users
Where UK GDPR applies, references to the GDPR mean UK GDPR as amended by the Data Protection Act 2018, and you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Where we transfer personal data out of the UK we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the Standard Contractual Clauses.
11. How we protect your data
- Passwords are stored only as salted scrypt hashes — nobody here can read them.
- Sessions use opaque tokens in HttpOnly, SameSite cookies, and all traffic is served over HTTPS.
- State-changing requests are protected against CSRF, and the Content Security Policy blocks third-party scripts.
- Access to the production database is limited to the operators who need it.
- If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk to you, we will notify the supervisory authority within 72 hours and notify you without undue delay where the risk is high.
12. Children
The platform is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from them. If we learn that we have, we delete the account and its data. If you believe a child has registered, email uie_com@foxmail.com.
13. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our processing changes, and place a notice in the platform for material changes. This version is dated 30 September 2026.
